I use Gariz half-cases on my E-PL2, X100, and X10 with Gariz bandolier style "gun shot" straps. They are all well made, attach securely, and allow full access to controls and the battery compartment. The E-M5 model doesn't cover the side SD card slot.
I just ordered a black smooth leather one for my silver E-M5 (when I get it). It's expensive, but this Korean ebay seller has free shipping.
