To me, the next series of tests to shoot would be MUP and exposure at various times: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 seconds. This should give one an idea whether 3 seconds is the ideal time for delayed exposure to minimize the effect of mirror vibration at these shutter speeds.

This I know the answer to... delayed exposure makes no difference at all once the mirror vibration is decayed...and that time is very brief, some fraction of a second.

Been shooting macro forensics, always with MLU, for quite a while....
