Those of you that still use photoshop a lot, how much work do you do in RAW?

Now days it seems like most people rarely touch photoshop for any of their photos, but I've found photoshop to be invaluable for making my shots as good as they can be. My question, is how much work do you do in the raw converter before going to photoshop. Do you sharpen? Do you clip blacks? Do you adjust hues, or adjust contrast until it's exactly how you want it? Or do you just get the white balance as good as you can and get a reasonable amount of contrast and saturation?

I'm just curious what the workflow is for people who still use photoshop extensively.
