No. Most of the examples I have seen (lens: ON; lens cap: OFF; eyepiece cover: ON) have been 2/3 of a stop. And it isn't limited to the LCD light. Ambient light also affects the metering in situations where the light hitting the camera is much brighter than the scene being metered.
