Why No NEX 5n Hot Shoe Adapter ?

With all the folks wanting a hot she adapter for the NEx 3c and the 5n, why has no one made one?
I would think they would sell like hot cakes. Does Sony have a patient on this and are they stopping third party manufactures for making this item, or is it just to difficult to make.
Would it be that difficult to manufacture ?
