Nikon Down-playing Moiré?

I remember Nikon's moiré example of the silk kimono fabric with a warning about moiré on this page:
http://imaging.nikon.com/lineup/dslr/d800/features01.htm

The sample seems to be gone, the text about moiré seems subdued from what I recall.

Anyone remember it differently?

I wonder if they've been getting complaints from D800 owners who are seeing moiré in their images?
