Thanks for posting this. It would be interesting to see how some of the Canson papers do, since they generally don’t use OBA, but whiten their papers by adding mineral content. Canson Rag Photographique 310 is similar to Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 in whiteness, but whereas Hahnemühle claim ‘very low OBA’ content, Canson claim none.

I would suspect that the shift would be similar. I think the main reason for using other methods for whitening is to prevent premature yellowing of the paper.
