OnOne Perfect Photo Suite - can I make a simple black image frame?

You can find simple frame in some presets of Phototools of the serie or you can use Photoframe and enable visibility of some frames in the combinaison of frames from presets of Photoframe
or use only Photoshop for do it

Personnaly ,i like to use Photoframe with random addons and play wuth the presets (visibility,colors ,opacity,colors, or tansforming size)
