All excellent shots, sharp and vivid, and the last one, though also good, desn't seem to be on "same page" as the previous ones.
I don't care much for the porno theme of the second one...
Keep shooting!

Always having fun with photography ...

That last shot was actually taken a few weeks ago...I'd just bought my camera and after charging it up a bit I took it out of the shop and just sorta snapped at anything that moved. It was really overcast (not my favourite time to shoot, btw) and as usual here in So Cal, when there's a storm at sea, gulls always fly inland. I had my big "birding" lens (Tamron 200-400 LD) along so when I spotted those critters tooling round the sky I just pointed my camera in their direction n' went at it. Interesting results though.

Apologies if anyone was offended by the ladybug pic...it was meant to be humorous cos believe me, when I spotted these little guys in the garden I must've laughed myself silly for a good five minutes before even taking the first shot. It'd been pouring down rain, the wind was blowing, it was cold, but none of that fazed these wee critters one jot. Let's face it, you don't exactly see such...um, dedication like that every day, and it just struck me as very very funny and even quite cute. It's not like they're lifting their skirts, really...it's just Nature being a wee bit saucy in a jokey sort of way. Again, no offense intended, however I did notice a photo at the beginning of this thread in regards to two flies on a brick doing their bit for Mama Nature......

A couple more "birding" shots with my Tammie...it's a decent lens but unless there's LOTS of light it's not quite up to snuff with much of the gear you guys use. Still, I've gotten some pretty remarkable snaps with it, so until I can afford a "Bigma" or one of the really choice Minoltas f/2's it'll do for now.
