Cleaning front element on 70-200mm

I have searched & found nothing on cleaning behind the front element of the 70-200mm f2.8 non -IS lens. Anybody know if this is possible. The cost from Canon to do this is $269-$359 + shipping. Seems like it shouldn't be too hard, unless you have to start from the backend to disassemble Even looked on You Tube & nothing. Thanks for any help
