A free AF fine tune method

I'm sure this has been posted here several times. It's usually buried in a reply so I thought I would post this as a main topic.
Here is a link to a free method for fine tuning the AF on your camera. The method consists of displaying a concentric ring pattern on an LCD monitor screen. You focus in Live View to maximize the aliasing/moire (perfect focus) and then switch to regular mode and verify that AF doesn't move the focus point.

I tried this last night and it was really simple and easy to do. You don't have to take a single photo. Just switch back and forth between regular view and live view to verify the moire pattern.
