NikonV1 or Panasonic G3

As an update to let those who offered advice know the outcome. Had decided on the G3 and went to purchase one but in the end took a flyer and pre-ordered (hopefully delivery in few weeks) an Olympus OM-D E5 even though I have not seen it and the cost is just about twice the cost of G3 with stock+ 45-200 lens. I still have my old favourite OM2 SLR and it just looked so similar this may have influenced matters. There is UK offer in that pre order before end of April and free double grip added.

Anybody views as to best telephoto zoom for the Olympus OM-D E5; is it better to stick with the Olympus 40-150 or would the Panasonic 45-200 (my preference due to extra range) work just as well in terms of autofocus etc.?
