I think you've missed the fact that this is a photograph of a street with a mural painted on one facade (center of pic). The surrounding decor (street, people, adjacent buildings) is real. Therefore your comment about copyright appears to me as completely irrelevant : do you include artwork author's name in a picture when sculpture/painting/graffiti/tag appears on a street photo?

You may not like the effect or find that it does not properly illustrate the Nikon D800 capabilities. I am prepared to accept that. Allow me to ignore the rest of your remarks
