Trip to Australia

I am making a trip to Australia this summer to visit family as well as to sight see. The first part of my trip will be with family in sydney. I will then be taking a flight to cairns. I will be spending a week and maybe a little more in the daintree, port douglas, cairns area. I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion for the optimal kit.

My options are to replace my 18-55, buy a uwa, or a replacement to my 55-200. These are my ideas so far:
18-55 replacement, 35, 55-200

Uwa, 35, 55-200

18-55, 35, 55-200 replacement
