The aps-c one.

I have a 7D simply because it's a high-end 1.6 crop camera that i NEED for wildlife more often than not.
If i want a larger sensor i'd get a 5d or 1D.

What if...

EOS 7D Mark II: (true successor to the 5D2)

  • 22 MP full frame sensor from the 5D3

  • 3.5 fps

  • Mediocre shutter lag & viewfinder blackout

  • Pop Up Flash

  • Viewfinder: 95% Coverage, 67% Magnification (smaller than 5D2)

  • 63-zone iFCL metering from the 7D

  • 19-pt AF from the 7D

  • Build Quality same as the 7D

  • $1,999 USD

EOS 70D: (APS-C successor to the 7D)

  • 24 MP APS-C Sensor

  • 7.0 fps

  • Pop Up Flash

  • Shutter lag & VF blackout same as 7D

  • Viewfinder same as 7D

  • Build quality same as 7D

  • 63 zone metering same as 7D

  • 19-pt AF same as 7D

  • $1,399

EOS 5D Mark III: (full frame successor to the 7D)

  • Price drop to $2,999

Given these three hypothetical choices, which camera would people find most appealing from the standpoint of performance, price, and needs?
