It's hard to tell if there is any moiré by these samples, they look quite ugly, too much sharpening in them. That guy must have oversharpened out-of-cam jpegs. The proper test would be with RAW and careful sharpening.

Anyway, Nikon already said that the E is for specialists. Regular DSLR users most likely will be disappointed when they find themselves pixelpeeping each every image and noticing the slightest (or not) trace of moiré aliasing. Pattern moiré will be the worst, since it's not fixable with a simple slider and involves photoshopping techniques.
