Got your E-M5 and you have GH2 + 100-300?

For those who are already receiving their E-M5 units in the USA or Canada, and happen to have (or to have access) to a GH2 and a Panny m43 100-300 lens. Now we have the oportunity to check by ourselves how does this new camera do with present m43 benchmark, GH2:

If someboy of those owners is interested into help real independent E-M5 potential users, then please post the full size Originals of the following test:

Take several products as cereal boxes, cans, etc.

Put them outdoors at 60 to 70 yds away with the most little of their printed letters and numbers looking to you (the back of those boxes and cans are the best areas for this purpose)

Then take side by side shots using the same 100-300 lens at 300m maximum zoom, handheld , at both base ISO ; E-M5 (ISO 200) and GH2 (ISO 160).

In E-M5 case, which IBIS has to be on all the time, two versions, one with the lens OIS on and one with it off would also clear the doubt about this topic.

In GH2 shot case, lens OIS has to be obviously on since this camera has no IBIS.

Thanks in advance,

Ed
