OK guys the way the lens on all m4/3 camera is open wide(maximum aperture)of the lens, to let all the light in, from there it's get the metering measurement and also provide image to LCD.(that's also explain why when you look at the LCD and shoot indoor with F10-22. the LCD will show you shallow DOF.instead of the real image of F10-F22. because LCD is looking through F1.8

but when the surrounding light goes beyond the camera,F1.8 @1/4000 the camera will switch the aperture to smallest setting, in this case F22. now LCD will show you greatest DOF even you are setting it at 1.8. only after the shot that the real image you took can be seen.

that why you'll hear the clicking noises that people complaining about, that's normal
