My take on the Sigma 30mm lens

Got my Sigma 30mm lens yesterday and took several pics with it and the 5n. Also took some pics with my 50mm Pentax-M to compare. I used manual focus/Zoom with the Pentax lens. All shots were taken handheld as this is how I do 90% of my picture taking.

Verdict: the Sigma 30mm lens produced sharper images. I'll continue comparing in the next few days just to rule out misfocusing with the 50mm lens.

Thanks to the those who posted about their Sigma 30mm lens, it made me me buy one and I must say that it will be my walkabout lens from now on.

That little Sigma lens is a gem it is nealy weightless, takes sharp pics and doesnt cost much.
