7d and battery problem

Hi all, I got a used 7D together with a non-Canon battery.

Sometimes the camera doesn´t work after turning on, only the battery symbol is blinking,
no error code...

After removing the battery and putting it in again the camera works normal.

I got a second third-party battery with the same behaviour.

Are these problems known with the camera or the batteries?
