... hmm, not in my eyes. At least the RAW files of the E-M5 seem a bit better to me - less salt-and-pepper noise, same amount or slightly more detail (developped in RawTherapee).

The dynamic range of the E-M5 seems to be a bit better too according to this test here:

You could be right with the video though. All in all I think it will come down to taste which camera to prefer. I'm quite interested in dpreview's take on the E-M5 and the DXOmark results.
