E5 after service repair...

My E-5 had shutter replaced. OK, it happens - first of my Olympuses which ever needed service. Of course it works OK now.
I have checked shutter count in service menu - it has not been reset during repair. Supposedly error codes in service menu (when pressing left arrow) are also still there. This is OK, or they just forgot to reset these while on repair?
