White balance in film cameras and other questions.
Apr 10, 2012

I am going to use a film camera. I would like to be clear about these doubts:

1). Why is there no white balance setting in film cameras? Is it because the film can detect the perfect white balance for various situations?

2). What happens if I set ISO speeds wrongly in a film camera? For example, for an ISO 50 film I can give ISO 3200. What will happen then in the final output?

3). What is the equivalent of megapixel in a film? Because with a 10MP sensor you can make big print outs and hang them on the wall. So I am curious as to how big a print can be made with a film.

Thanks for clearing me.
