For best combination with your budget, you should go with Pentax K5 and DA* f2.8 16-50mm. It would be the best combination that can cover most of the normal range and weather resistance setup. With the old price for Pentax lens, I would recommend the DA* f2.8 50-135mm as well but it will be exceed your budget. If you want to go for low light, FA f1.4 50mm should be a nice addition with auto focus. If you can focus manually yourself, you can always get the cheap old f1.4 50mm to go with.
