I think it is just a normal touch screen, not multi touch.
The thing is I found a really good deal and it would cost the same as a 30" non-touch screen.
I'm in the $550-$900 range right now.
What do you think about laying the screen flat on my desk? I think this would solve the field of view problem plus I could keep another 24"-30" screen on my wall for tasks that require more detail.
