Which camera to choose , GX1 or NEX 5 N

I did read a lot about a new camera and i did narrowed it down tot he Panasonic GX1 and the Sony NEX5N , i will use the camera mostly on my holidays , will also shoot video with the camera .

GX1 + for me

Easy and quick access controls , menu .
Better grip
Lens size’s smaller

NEX 5N + for me

Tilting screen
Full HD video
Beter high ISO
Cheaper – about 200 Euro’s

What about the Panasonic PZ 14-42mm lens , are there still problems with blurry pictures ?
