If the OMD EM-5 had the lenses (14-54 or 12 -60 plus 50 200) then I would say there is somewhere to go and I would cut my losses with my 4/3rds gear. As it is I a agree with the OP. One more upgrade of the 620 with video and a sensor like the one in the OMD and I would be content for a long time.
