Specs Desired on Upcoming High MegaPixel Cam?

Now that the wedding / hi ISO action sports market segment has their upgrade in the canon 5 d mark 3 - it's time to turn to the future of the high resolution market segment. It is obvious with all the envious outcry over the D800 specs and pricing and persistent rumours now that CANON has another higher resolution / high megapixel camera body in the works. What would people like to see in this new upcoming high megapixel body ? I'll take a pro weather sealing, advanced auto bracketing , 4 k video with uncompressed h d m I output , the same autofocus 5D3 , pop-up flash (don't think it's gonna happen though) and small form factor.
