Hi guys. as you already know I'm the software developer. I'd like to create an application that will create a photo smudge for you automatically in several minutes. At the first step I need to understand how the human creates the smudge using standard tools. Can any smudge master here explain me how the humans creates smudge? I love Pirates of Caribian smudge posted here ...
