m4/3rds rising popularity...but where are the cameras

walking around a popular English tourist destination today it was obvious to see the Dslr was easily the most common camera being used, this was from young to old and all kinds of nationalities, i saw a few bridge and compacts being used but not a single m4/3rds.

I pondered this on the way home and thought, are many people happy with their Dslr's and upgrade them less making the sales figures go downwards, after seeing many people constantly upgrade their cameras on this forum, does this mean m4/3rds users are more likely to upgrade sooner and more often, and how many have bought both systems.

You can't deny the sales figures and trends, but i never see anyone using the m4/3rds system.
