Small camera DLSR or 43rds for High ISO performance and speed for sports

What am I taking pictures of:
Low light swing dancers (speedy movement)
Outdoors action shots of disc golfers etc.

So I want something that has good high ISO for the indoors stuff and good fast autofocus, face recognition, image stabilization (I won't be using a tripod), fast instant on, and fast shot speed.

Here's the problem, I need something small since I'll be lugging it around with me when I go disc golfing, cycling, etc. The lighter the better.

Budget: under $1300

For your suggestions please offer me options in both a SMALL (key word SMALL) DLSR and Micro 4/3.

My guess is that I should look at the following but I need more suggestions to evaluate:

Small DLSR:
Pentax K5
Nikon 5100?
Cannon what?

Micro:
Olympus OM-D (front runner over the NEX7 right?)
NEX7

Nikon V1 is out cause no DOF control and fast lens choice for low light

Thanks as always. I'm trying to narrow it down and get my hands on everything to try.

Nikon 1 V1 Pentax K-5 Sony Alpha NEX-7
