Zoom lenses

Hi folks,

I am in need of a zoom lens for vacation, and kids shorting.

I have A65 with 16-50/2.8 and may have been spoiled already by SSM and 2.8 aperture (I am still a beginner, though).

So I have narrowed down my choices to:

Sony 50-200
Sony 70-300G
Sony 75-300
Tamron 55-200
Sigma 50-200
Sigma 50-150 (refurbished by Sigma)

What lens is recommended?

Most importantly is a good balance of IQ, size and range, but silent focus and fast aperture is also nice. Thus, I may lean on the 50-150, but maybe 50mm is too much to give up, and I am not sure about IQ...
