The thing literally posed for me for about 45 minutes. He was scratching his belly and chin, and allowed me to get quite close. Many of the shots had motion blur because he was moving and the shutter speed was about an 80th of a second.
I was sitting on the ground holding the lens, supporting my elbows on my knees. I was suprised how many crisp shots I got. IBIS works well with the lens on the E5 I've found.
But yeah, I've walked the river path this guy was on many, many times, once catching a brief glimpse of a beaver. The first time I bring the 90-250, there is one posing like I hired it. Shame it was so late in the day.
