No they dont have that right , they bought the picture , not the right's to make copies , thats why we have a copyright so this wont happen , on the other had , the photographer if that is his work and the collector is sueing him for his own work , you know what , thats just crazy , the artiest has the right to make and sell as much as he wants , unless there is a collection that points out that there are only 300 made and the photographer signed something saying no more would be made , than i could see that , so this can go a long way , the collector is just worried that his print he bought for thousands is going to go down in value
