A great bargain this E-M5

Look at these prices from Amazon (and should be the same from B&H)
E-PL3 with 14-42mm II lens ----------- $ 699
VF-2 viewfinder ---------------------------- $ 229
That's $928.
The E-M5 with 14-42mm II lens --- $ 1,099
The difference is $ 179.
For that $179, you get in the E-M5 all these additional features:
Stronger alloy build and weather proofing
New 5-axis IBIS
Exposure curve adjustment in viewfinder
2 dials and 2 Fn buttons
Improved sensor with 16MP MP and
Significantly improved ISO and other IQ
LiveBulb
Higher res OLED LCD
9 fps vs 5.5
and various other updates and improvements, e.g. in AF, in the video rolling shutter effect, ... and the option of an additional grip and a power pack.
Compared to the E-PL3 (Silver Award), this E-M5 is an absolute bargain and a whole lot more of a camera. You have to wonder how Olympus still expects to sell E-PL3s?
I question even more why anyone wants to by the E-P3, which is better than the E-PL3 but is only $100 cheaper than the E-M5 and has no EVF ($229), and lacks most of the above mentioned new features too. Is Olympus selling this camera too cheaply? or are all other cameras made out of date or poor value now?
Except for the GH2? (Whew! Only just remember to put this in )
