E-PM1 video focus question

I am new to the whole video thing, but would like to try myself at it.
It seems that focus seems to change when filming.
How can I prefocus using AF, than shoot a video without the focus changing or hunting?
My setting for AF is now S-AF, but it does try to refocus when the object distance changes while making a video.
