Nope little endian. The 03 is after the FA to which its paired and the 03 is the most significant byte the (03*FF + FA). I just started with a high figure as thats what you'll see in the file (most headers are odd). It caused me a big headache as the Exif data is big endian and in the NX100 the raw data is also big endian. If you read the NX200 data as big endian and do a one byte offset (so starting with the 02 the FA as I've listed in the above) you mix up the red/green and blue green values (deprending on the line) and get some interesting results (you read the most significant byte for green with the least significant byte for blue and the opposite with red/green so you get pink images).
