Lens for A65
Apr 4, 2012

I am in the phase of getting a new camera and a lens for it. Right now I still have my old F717 but also a Minolta Dynax 7i with a Minolta 35-105 F3,5-4,5 lens. I also like EVF's so it's kind of natural for me to get interested in the A65. What I am thinking most about is the lens.

I would like a walk around lens like Tamron 18-200 but after reading some threads here I am starting to accept to let go of the super zooms. But how good is the kit lens 18-55 compared to the super zooms, e.g. the Tamron 18-200 and how good is it compared to my old Minolta 35-105?

I am not that keen on switching lenses but perhaps the kit lens may be a quite good choice combined with my existing lens or what do you say?
