Pentax 50-200 WR lens opinions

I'm wondering if for my uses the DA 50 200 WR wouldn't be an okay choice? It would be for Landscape details compression effects down long street. Street photography..
Any ops? Am I better suited with the DA 18-135 WR and cropping up to 200?
