I agree with everything that Henry wrote. Like he says, the NEX-7 can be set up to be very responsive.

The only way you'll get DSLR speed though is by taking autofocus out of the equation and manually focusing your lenses. While not feasible in every situation, MF works surprisingly well with focus peaking and the high resolution EVF.

But to match your DSLR experience you need to get the LA_EA2 adapter with an A mount prime lens. That will impress you in terms of speed, AF selection, and hit rate.

With an E mount lens, AF will not even match your GH2 in terms of speed and accuracy.

AF is neither slow nor inaccurate, you just have to get used to it. Biggest hurdle is the fact that you want to confirm AF by pressing shutter halfway. If not, you risk an OOF exposure.

For video, you'll want a lens with OSS.

Mirrorless with smaller sensors will give you more of what you want, but you'll loose both IQ and high ISO performance. You may like the Nikon J1/V1, seriously, based on your criteria.
