Best cheap zoom lens (under 100mm range) for t2i - Aftermarket and Film OK

I am looking for a decent lens to go with a t2i. I would have picked up the kit lens but didn't have the money at the moment. Is there a decent old aftermarket or film era lens that I could pickup cheap (say less than $150 used)?
