X100 auto ISO question

Hi,

I use the following Auto ISO settings on my X100:
minimum 1/125th and max ISO 3200.

With these settings I used F4 (manually set with the aperture ring), and got the following exposure data:

1/60th and ISO 1000.

Wouldn´t one expect that the camera should choose to use a higher ISO value (up to ISO 3200) before using an exposure time beyond the minimum setting of 1/125th?
