Ok, here is the additional information you asked for:

I am profiling using ColorMunki according to their procedures. As I mentioned, I have had no problem using different semi gloss or pearl papers. The problems I am experiencing are both with Canon's Matte Paper and Epson's Premium Presentation paper.

I tried turning off profiling and letting the printer manage the colors and that did add some saturation but the images still have a cast and are not even close to correct.

All the paper I am trying is fresh and kept sealed.

I am running Mac 10.7.3

I've replaced all the inks with OEM at least once.

I have no calibrated the printer and haven't been able to find any literature on how to go about doing that.

If you could advise me on what you think the next step to try is, I'd be appreciative.
