Does this mean SilkyPix WILL support the SD1?
Apr 1, 2012

I emailed Ichikawa Soft Laboratory about their plans to support the Sigma SD1, this was the reply.

"Thank you for your inquiry of
SILKYPIX Developer Studio on March. 30, 2012.

Unfortunately, the release schedule
for SIGMA SD1 Merrill is undecided.

We analyze the camera data, perform color matching of the camera and operation check of the program.

And then "SILKYPIX Developer Studio" will be compatible with the specified digital camera.

We report on your opinion to our R&D engineers.

We hope you will understand this situation."

Well, I'm not sure I do "understand the situation".

I guess this means they do intend to support the camera, but they don't know when they might get around to it...?

Other interpretations -- anyone?
