D800 has problem with camera-shake, 5d3 does not. Why?

Fair enough, Tony. I am not a professional photographer, and I have always spent more time taking pictures rather than understanding the technicalities of digital photography. I prefer Luminous Landscape to dpreview, in general.

But, what I am trying to say is that the resolution one gets in the final image is certainly affected by camera-shake. And the degree of contrast between adjacent pixels on a screen or dots on a print would also certainly be affected by camera shake. Is this not clear from what I said? Is is not true? If not, why not?
