Well, I am coming from a D2Xs & IMO, there is nothing like a pro body to feel good in one's hands BUT I do have 1 question.

I just got back from shooting for 5 days in Death Valley where I shot over 1,700 pics & can not wait to print a few on my new Epson 4900.

Which camera (the D4 or D800(E) will give me a cleaner, sharper, better color picture?

Or will it not matter as the 4900 only does 17" wide & I can get the same quality from a 16 or 36 mg camera?
