Card choices for the 5dMKIII??

Pardon my ignorance, but is there any reason to get a CF card as opposed to an SDHC? Lexar makes both in their professional series and rates them both at 90 MB/S. However the 32GB CF is about the same price as the 64GB SDHC.
One slight downside is that my 7D takes CF only, but on the upside my XA-10 uses SDHC, and my laptops have built-in SD readers. Having to interchange between devices is not THAT important to me, but it HAS saved me in more than one pinch.
Your thoughts?
