dust in lens :( help!

Hi,

I've recently noticed that there are a few white dust particles in between the lens elements of my Panasonic H-H020 lens.

When I got the lens I immediately installed it on my camera body and installed a UV filter on the front so this could not have been my fault. Furthermore I have hardly used this lens outdoors. In any case, I'm not sure if dust could actually creep into the lens body so this must have happened at the factory right?

Is this normal and can anything be done about it? Should I be worried?
