Is the MK III finally a 7D with a 5D sensor?

7D - to me better in every way than the 5D MkI and MkII EXCEPT IQ.

Wanted to take every pic with the FF, but they couldn't do things that the faster 7D could SO after considering swapping to D700's I did the 'obvious' thing and got a 1D...

Can I now swap the 7D and MkII for a single MkIII and have the best of both worlds in one body???
