Well. You can just print it from the program you're viewing it in most of the time. If that program doesn't print very well you can save the html file to your desktop and open it directly in IE/FireFox/Chrome then print it there.
If you're still unhappy you can 'print' it to a PDF file and then open the PDF in PhotoShop, force Photoshop to rasterize at 300dpi then print the result as a normal image (or save it as a jpeg and take it to costco or whatever for printing)
